Personal & social use — free
Download any photo and post it to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, stories or group chats — free, for your own personal and social use. This is me letting you use my copyright in the photo; it isn't a model release and gives you no rights over the people in it. Selling it, ads, sponsors, stock libraries or training AI models isn't covered — that's commercial use, below.

Tag and follow @klati.photo when you post — that's the only thing I ask. The tag helps other people from the event find their photos; the follow keeps you posted on the next one. Both help me keep shooting these.
Collab posts — better edits
Love a shot and want it at its best? DM @klati.photo or @ivopaunov — for a collab post I'll do the editing and publish it as an Instagram collab myself, so it shows on both our profiles.

Brands, businesses, paid promotion, press or print? Those uses are reserved. Message @klati.photo or @ivopaunov before publishing and we'll sort it out.

Photos of people & your privacy
These are real people at public sporting events, so a quick, honest word. I'm Ivo Paunov (klatiPHOTO) — I shoot these photos, post them, and stand behind them. They're made at public events, in public places, as my photography and a portfolio I'm proud of, and I rely on a legitimate interest in showing public-event photography rather than asking each person first. There's no tracking, no analytics, no ads; the photos are served through Cloudflare and seen by whoever visits. I can't message every face in a crowd, so this page is your notice — and I keep a photo up while its gallery is online, or until you ask me to take yours down.
Your data, your call
The photo itself is the only personal data I hold on you — there's no account or profile behind it. So the right that matters is simple: if there's a photo of you, you can object and have it taken down — no questions asked. DM @klati.photo or @ivopaunov. And if you think I've handled it wrongly, you can complain to the Bulgarian data-protection authority, the КЗЛД (cpdp.bg).
Kids
Children aren't who I'm there to shoot, but some end up in frame anyway — under-18s competing, or faces in a public crowd. And now and then a parent actually wants a shot of their kid, which is welcome too. So it's always the parent's call: if you'd like a photo of your child, just ask; if you'd rather it weren't here, DM @klati.photo or @ivopaunov and it's gone — no questions. And if you're 14 or older and it's you, you can ask me yourself.
